UK Orders All UK orders are dispatched within 1–3 business days. Standard delivery typically takes 2–5 business days. Free shipping is available on UK orders over £150.

International Orders We ship to the EU, USA, Canada, Australia, and other international destinations. International orders are dispatched within 1–3 business days. Delivery times vary by destination but typically take 5–14 business days.

Duties & Import Taxes For international orders, applicable duties and import taxes are calculated and collected at checkout. You will not be charged additional fees upon delivery.

Tracking All orders include tracking. You will receive a tracking link by email once your order has been dispatched.

Delays Delivery times are estimates and may be affected by customs processing, public holidays, or carrier delays. Shwelf is not responsible for delays outside our control.
